Your choice in spa membership  optimizes the time that you take for yourself each month to relax, escape and thrive at affordable rates. with your customized treatment each month, enjoy additional offers on treatments, gift cards and in our spa.

Transfers

Client must use service the month it is charged and can not gift it to another person. Membership can be transferred to another individual but can only be in use by one individual. An agreement will need to be signed by both individuals.

Products

Products are only available for clients to purchase. No returns or exchanges as the products should already be proven to work for the client based on the esthetician's recommendation &/or prior service results.

Membership Payment

On the 1st of every month client's card on file will be charged the cost of the membership. Client must redeem that service during the month it is charged.  There is no additional fees, no annual fees, no hidden fees. It truly is that simple.  Credit card or debit card on file will be charged automatically the 1st of every month while subscription is valid and active
-All members will schedule their chosen service as normal, no special code required
-If you wish to change your card on file, you must submit your request 3 business days before 1st of the month

Returned Payments

There will be a $35  convenience fee for  returned payments. Plan will not be paused and services will not be rendered until the fee is paid.

Cancellation

Each plan has a 12 month commitment period

Written notice is required for cancellation 30 days prior

Should the member cancel membership prior to the 12 month period they will be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance which will be due once the membership is cancelled or can be drafted at a monthly rate
